We are a family-owned and managed business. Customer retention and satisfaction are critical for the workshop's survival in Dubai's highly competitive environment. The extensive use of computer-based vehicle diagnostic technology enables us to significantly improve productivity by quickly locating problems. We use only original spare parts and supplies. When the part is not available on the local market, we contact some of our broad network of overseas suppliers. There are cases when we had to buy complete engines or modules from eBay or other online stores in order to save customers' cars from the scrapyard due to the exorbitant prices on the local market.
